She confirmed to Abc News that she is expecting a baby from Joel Madden’s, and that her pregnancy time is about 4 months now.

The reported also questioned her how she feels about her past bad behavior now that she is about to be a mother and she quoted:

“I have a responsibility and it’s something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would,” Nicole added about her recent DUI guilty plea. “And unfortunately I can’t, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult.
