Nicole Richie has a new baby that looks just like her - Says her boyfriend and father of her new baby girl.

The rocker told in his personal blog that he is finally home with Nicole Richie and Harlow Winter that looks like her mother and that is already 19 inches long!

“She eats like a little maniac and she’s really sweet. She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I’m learning.” - Madden says.
