According to the LAPD, the socialite is learning from her mistakes after being charged with DUI in 2006 and being sentenced 82 minutes in Jail.

New reports now tell that as the 3 years probation time are almost over, a new court hearing has been scheduled for February 20th of 2009, when Nicole Richie should get her driving license back and be free to step in the roads once again.
