Did Nicole Get a New Tatoo?

Many fans are wondering if Nicole Richie got a new tattoo, and the most sincere answer is that there is no official word yet.

The socialite and her boyfriend Joel Madden were photographed while leaving a Tattoo Parlor in Los Angeles Bay, California on March 10th and many paparazzi agencies pointed them to be getting new ink over skin, but once again there is no official word.

According to what we know both of them already wear tatoos on their bodies. Maybe some color retouch?
