When Harlow Winter Kate falls asleep at night, busy mom Nicole Richie adheres to a rigid schedule of designing jewelry, dresses, shoes and accessories.

“I’m a busy mom, but there are 24 hours in the day, and I have a routine down so I can fit everything necessary into my life,” Nicole tells PEOPLE at an event to launch her House of Harlow 1960 jewelry collection at the Fontainebleau Resort’s Ida and Harry boutique in Miami Beach.

Her jewelry — from about $30 for a ring to $115+ for a necklace — is a mix and match of bohemian, tribal, hippie and street-chic influences. “I started designing jewelry two years ago and can’t believe how much I love it,” Nicole explains. “That is why I am expanding into other fashion which I love. I get a lot done late at night.”

Nicole Richie and her boyfriend Joel Madden were seen at the movies this last week.

The couple and a friends hit a theater in Beverly Hills, California to watch a film on May 8th night.

Nicole Richie couldn’t stay composed during Thursday’s 100th episode of Grey’s Anatomy, as Izzie (Katherine Heigl) unexpectedly married Alex (Justin Chambers).

Richie took to her Twitter page after the show, writing: “Just watched Grey’s & cried my f-ing eyes out.”

The show definitely was emotional.

Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) were supposed to wed — and Izzie, who is battling a brain tumor, couldn’t wait.

Did you watch it too? We did! It was so emotional!
