The upcoming momma for the second time, donated some of her fashion outfits to a charity event in order to raise funds to Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation that is willy to help upcoming mothers and needed children in the State of California, United States of America.

Sources tell us that the auction took place last Friday in Los Angeles and was a big success.

The new casa she just purchased with baby daddy Benji Madden is a five-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot contemporary-style home. It’s outfitted with a huge playroom but doesn’t have a pool—meaning it’s extra-safe for the kiddies.

Nicole must be in serious nesting mode with her baby due in late August or early September, because this is the second time she’s moved with her family in just two years! We just hope her second bundle of joy holds off on being born until Mami, Papa and big sis Harlow have had a chance to settle in a bit.

Nicole Richie was seen heading to a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, now that she is almost delivering her new baby.

The pop star and her rock singer boyfriend were seen having dinner at popular Izaka-ya restaurant in West Hollywood this last Wednesday night.

Rumor is that Nicole’s upcoming child will be called Jackson as a tribute for her godfather, the pop king – Michael Jackson.

OMG. So exciting. Nicole Richie are said to be getting married next Christmas. And when we say X-mas is the exact December 24th day!

The couple — who are expecting their second child together — will apparently hold their low-key nuptials at the Bel-Air mansion of Nicole’s dad Lionel Richie.

“Joel and Nicole want to make Christmas their special family holiday,” a source tells American newspaper – National Enquirer.

“For Joel, Christmas has always been about family and faith,” the source added. “Marrying Nicole at that time of year makes the event so much more spiritual and special to him.”

Nicole Richie was photographed with her partner Joel Madden enjoying a day on Malibu Beach earlier this week. She was wearing a black bikini, oversized sunglasses, and a scarf wrapped around her hair. Looking radiant with an enormous tummy, Nicole made no attempt to hide her advanced pregnancy. The couple has a one-year-old daughter named Harlow, and the new baby is due in September.

Nicole has said the she plans to marry Madden someday, but a wedding is not part of the plans yet. “I think for both of us, we are going to do it because we want to, not because that’s what you do,” she says in The Daily Mail.

In preparing the new nursery in their Los Angeles home, Richie and Madden are trying to make every detail eco-friendly. All wood furniture is made from sustainable-harvest wood, the linens are organic cotton, and low-vapor paint was used in decorating.

Grandpa-to-be Lionel Richie is thrilled to be welcoming the new grandchild. He told The Daily Mail that Joel hopes it’s a boy, and Nicole would like another girl.

Besides being a new mom, Richie has recently started her own line of jewelry, and plans to design maternity wear for clothing company A Pea in the Pod.

“I really think that the pregnant body is beautiful and I think that a lot of struggles that women have when they’re pregnant is feeling like they have to cover their body,” Nicole says. “I think that you should show it off and I wanted to help encourage women to do that.”

I wish this was around when I was pregnant! Everything is hip and easy to wear. Nicole’s covetable signature boho-chic style (and her own wardrobe) is the basis for the collection of 14 pieces.

“I’m very inspired by the ‘60s and ‘70s, so I pulled a lot from that. I kind of tweaked the styles that I wear on an everyday basis and made them a little more maternity friendly.”

It was also important to Nicole to make the line as affordable as possible. Prices range from $48-$148. There are maxi dresses, peasant tops and leggings and the ground rule was that every piece had to be something that Nicole herself would wear.

“I would never put out something that I wouldn’t wear myself,” Nicole says.

The adopted daughter of pop legend Lionel Richie remained close to the King of Pop until he died of a cardiac arrest last month.

Friends of the star claim she’s determined to mark his death by giving her second child his name — Michael for a boy and Michelle for a girl.

A source tells Star magazine, “Nicole is devastated by Michael’s death. She loved him and it happened so suddenly. She wasn’t planning on naming the baby after him, but she thinks it’s fitting now that he’s gone.”

Richie is due to give birth to her second child with partner Joel Madden in the fall. The pair has a 1-year-old daughter, Harlow.
