Nicole Richie is ready to deliver her new baby boy any minute now, but that hasn’t stopped the hot mama from uprooting her whole brood!

x17 is reporting that the fashionista and mogul-in-the-making has packed her bags and is heading for the hills—the Hollywood Hills, that is. The new casa she just purchased with baby daddy Benji Madden is a five-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot contemporary-style home. It’s outfitted with a huge playroom but doesn’t have a pool—meaning it’s extra-safe for the kiddies.

Nicole must be in serious nesting mode with her baby due in late August or early September, because this is the second time she’s moved with her family in just two years! We just hope her second bundle of joy holds off on being born until Mami, Papa and big sis Harlow have had a chance to settle in a bit.
