In a recent Interview to Extra News TV, Nicole Richie and Joel just opened up about their Halloween plans for the upcoming holiday season.

Richie confessed she is going to dress up as the White Rabbit, while her little baby girl – Harlow Winter will be Tinkerbell, by her real own option.

The momma tells: “I wanted her to be something from Allice in Wonderland like me, but she really wants Tinkerbell. For Sparrow is easier because he is just 6 week-old, He doesn’t really care”.

Sad to say that Madden will not attend the festivities with the rest of the family as he will be touring with The Good Charlotte band during that week in Australia.

Nice heart -  Nicole Richie – just built a playground for less privileged kiss in Los Angeles Area.

In a report to People Magazine, the socialite and her boyfriend tell exclusively that it is really rewarding to see the smile on this kids faces after their first playground grand opening.

Nicole Richie worked for the last 13 months on raising funds to build this new kids space at an homeless shelter in downtown Los Angeles.

After her crash in Los Angeles, two days ago, is now reported that Nicole Richie already got a specialist lawyer to take car of her car crash case.

TMZ says she hired Mark Geragos, and they already shot some pictures of their lawyer team members getting inside the socialite’s house during this morning.

Close pals to Richie claim she is so angry of the paparazzi that she is maybe suing them not only for the car accident they cause, but also for putting her life in danger.

According to the reports, the new momma was driving around in Beverly Hills, California when she got rear-ended by some other car. A Paparazzi car!

Eye Witnesses claim she was not with her babies in the car (for god sake) and that Richie refused to go to the E.R as she told authorities she would see her own private medical doctors.

The guy that was driving the car that hit her, was a paparazzi WITHOUT A VALID DRIVING LICENSE.

Everything is said to be clear now, but there are still no reports about the male that was with her on the passenger seat. He was an adult tho.
