Our prayers worked. Nicole Richie is back home and was fully treated against her pneumonia problem after almost two weeks of full time treatment. Before the mother-of-two headed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Richie had been sick nearly two week. She took to her Twitter account, saying, “Ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.” Nicole’s supportive boyfriend Joel Madden, recently returned to Hollywood from an international tour, explaining on his website, “stepped off the plane . . . and basically went straight to the hospital for the week . . . Family first. He later added, “All is well and we are home with no problems.”

Nicole has been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital and is being treated for pneumonia. Her representative says she’s doing well.

Publicist Nicole Perna said Wednesday the 28-year-old actress checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

She was in a Los Angeles courtroom earlier this week after asking for a restraining order against two celebrity photographers. A judge granted that request.

Richie costarred with Paris Hilton on the television show “The Simple Life” and is the daughter of singer Lionel Richie. She has since become a fashion and jewelry designer and occasional actress.

Richie gave birth to a son, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, in September. She and her husband, rocker Joel Madden, have a daughter, Harlow, who turns 2 in January.

After having a car accident because of the photographers, Nicole Richie was now granted a restraining order against the two paparazzi guys that made her collapse with another car while driving around in Los Angeles, California last month.

According to TMZ.com, this two celebrity photographers must now be at least 100 years from Richie, so she can protect herself, aswell her two babies Harlow, 21 month old and Sparrow, 6 week old.

In the court filling, the socilaite says that Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel daily stalk her and that she needs extra security. Check out some of her words:

“they sit outside my house, waiting for me to leave. Scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in [their] vehicle, causing severe emotional distress.”

With many sentences in the official court filling Nicole Richie justifies her begging:

“I am fearful that [their] continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle,”

There are no more news meanwhile.

RadarOnline has learned exclusively that Nicole, (a former wild child herself) has stepped in to help Mischa as she recuperates from the meltdown that landed her in the hospital under an involuntary psychiatric hold earlier this month.

“Mischa is doing great — thanks to Nicole,” a source close to both girls told RO.com exclusively. “She stepped in and talked to her about making changes in her life… basically doing a 360.”

When it comes to changing her life, Nicole knows how to do it. After she was arrested in 2006 for DUI, (where she admitted to having taken vicodin and smoking pot,) Richie made some changes of her own — and is now expecting her second baby with boyfriend Joel Madden.

“Mischa and Nicole have been friends for years, but when Nic had Harlow, she became more domestic,” the source said.

So what’s Richie’s plan for her pal?

“Mischa isn’t even smoking anymore, thanks to Nicole,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “Nicole told Mischa that she has to straighten up because she has a lot riding on this new show (The Beautiful Life).”

It looks like Barton has another ally as well — The Beautiful Life’s creator, Ashton Kutcher!

“Ashton is backing her up,” the source said. “She’s determined to get it together.”

Nicole was seen in Philadelphia last night!

According to a fan she was present on a game this latest Sunday. Check out what he said :

“Your girl Nicole sat next to us at the Phillies game yesterday. (6/21/09) We didn’t bother her for pictures or autographs. She sat quietly with her little joey in tote next to her bo….. My wife did step on her toe as we moved to our seats. Nicole didn’t wail with pain…my wife is light footed.”

In their first joint interview in six years, Lionel and Nicole Richie appeared on Larry King Live together Thursday. Why now? Unclear!

What’s that? Lionel has an album to promote? Ah, I see. Just Go (in stores now) features collaborations with Ne-Yo, Akon, Tricky and other youngfolk. “I just wanted to just come and support him and just — you know, just show how proud I am of him,” Nicole said. Aw.

The pair talked about their turbulent relationship through Lionel’s success, Nicole’s drug use and subsequent rehab and how Nicole’s boyfriend Joel Madden and 15-month-old daughter Harlow have brought them closer.

(Guys, Lionel Richie is almost 60! And a grandfather! He no longer dances on too many ceilings, ifyouknowhuti’msayin. I just felt a gray hair surface.)

In a teary moment, Lionel recalled the moment when he and his ex-wife Brenda, Nicole’s mother, realized the severity of Nicole’s addictions. “I came in and I said, ‘I have some good news and I have some bad news. The bad news is that Nicole is going to die. The good news is, she doesn’t have to.’ I remember that look on her face of sheer panic,” he said.

But Nicole doesn’t blame her father for her troubles. “Look, I really believe that you need to take responsibility for your own actions. I could sit here and give you a million excuses. My parents were divorced or this or that, but I made the decisions to do the things that I’ve done and I made mistakes,” she asserted. “Everyone’s made mistakes.”

Nicole, who is pregnant with her second child with Madden, said they will probably get married, but not any time soon. “I think for both of us, we are going to do it because we want to, not because that’s what you do. We’re going to do it when the time’s right,” she said.

Reality-show personality Nicole Richie and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden have paid $1.9 million for a newly renovated home in the Hollywood Hills, slightly under the asking price.

Last month, Ms. Richie, who starred with Paris Hilton in the reality series “The Simple Life,” bought the contemporary home of about 5,400 square feet on 0.4 acres. The four-bedroom home has five bathrooms and a powder room and features a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a giant skylight, according to the listing. The walled compound also features a cantina-style poolside bar and a guest house.

Ms. Richie, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, and Mr. Madden, who’s the lead singer of Good Charlotte, are expecting their second child. Deedee Howard of Prudential California Realty represented the couple. Ernie Carswell and Sarah Blanchard of Teles Properties represented the seller.
